CHC Founding Director, Nancy Balfour will present a paper at the World Conference on Humanitarian Studies scheduled from 3-5 November 2021 in Paris, France and online. The paper is entitled: ‘Expanding the utility of seasonal surveys – Including Household Water In-Security Experience (HWISE) in nutrition and food security analysis in humanitarian settings’. It is based on a study conducted by CHC and Tufts University that sort to examine the feasibility of including other minimal data to strengthen the analysis of food security and nutrition severity which underpins the identification of famine risk. The presentation will be made on 4th November at 1530 EAT, and is open to global participants at no cost. See more about the paper and the Conference here
